Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. Although this page may answer many of your questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at for a specific answer.


The system is not letting me submit payment

because I am using a mobile device.


Most cellphones, ipads, and tablets will allow you to order if you scroll to the bottom of the page and select "web view". If you are having trouble with the check-out system, please email your order to us at We will then email a custom invoice to you, which you can pay using any credit card.   


When will my items be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of when payment is received, with the exception of weekends.  Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive an automated receipt from Paypal or Sage Payment Processing that contains your transaction receipt number.

Please note that First Class Mail does NOT provide tracking numbers.

How are my items shipped?

  • All packages shipped DOMESTICALLY will be sent via USPS First Class Mail  and should arrive within 4-7 business days after your payment clears. 
  • All items shipped INTERNATIONALLY will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 14-21 business days. You can use any address, including a business address or PO Box.


Wholesale orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrive domestically within 4 business days, or internationally within 10-14 business days. 


If you place a large order containing 40 or more jars of product, please allow 3 days for processing before your order is shipped.


Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! Please be aware that items shipped internationally take from  10-20 business days to arrive. If you do not receive your items within this time frame, please contact us at and we will be happy to help you.


We always charge LESS than actual shipping for international orders. As of January 2013, USPS has nearly doubled the rate to ship internationally. For example, the cost of shipping 1 regular sized Mattify ULTRA jar is $6.55, yet we only charge you $4.00.


USPS First Class Mail is the most cost effective way to ship overseas. If you need USPS Priority Mail, at a cost of $20, for arrival in 7-14 business days, please contact us for a custom invoice. All international (non-wholesale) orders of $90 or more will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail at no charge.

**Please note that we do carry 1 item that cannot be shipped internationally: The 1oz bottle of Ben Nye Makeup Setting Spray. USPS has regulations regarding the shipment of liquids. International customers can still purchase the smaller 5ml size.


How do I know if my payment cleared?

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an automated email, providing you with a Transaction ID Receipt Number, or order number.  This is the receipt for your purchase. Those who pay via Paypal e-check from their bank account will receive a notice stating that the e-check is being processed and should clear after 5-7 business days.  We ship all items after payment has cleared. Those who pay directly through Paypal, or using a Debit or Credit Card DO NOT need to wait 5-7 days before their payment clears. Your payment processes immediately.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes.  It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, so we offer **money back or exchange for our items. If any item does not meet your needs, please return the item(s) to us by placing them back in their original packaging and marking the envelope or box with "return to sender". If original packaging has been discarded, just contact us at and we will give you further instructions.

**Please note, we do not accept money-back returns for any full sized jars or kits, including: Super-Sized XL 3 Ounce Jars, Mattify Tinted 30 gram Jars,  Mattify Blush Jars, Incredi-Gel Moisturizer 2oz Jar or Pump, Wholesale Items or Mattify Makeup Kits / Party Sets.  If you are unsure about your purchase, please purchase a sample size before buying these items. However, exchanges can be offered for these products.


Is my information secure when I purchase an item?

Yes.  The portal through which you are purchasing is backed by 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for reliable transaction encryption and fraud prevention.  In addition to powerful fraud protection, it also offers fast credit card transaction approval so you can make your purchase without worry or delay. Your credit card number is never seen by any employee of Mattify Cosmetics. Payments are processed via Sage Payments, Paypal or Google Checkout.


Do you sell or distribute my personal information?

Absolutely not! All of your information is secure and will only be used for correspondence regarding Mattify! Cosmetics.  From time to time, you may receive an email from us regarding discounts or special offers on our cosmetics.  If you would ever like to opt out of receiving these emails, just let us know and you will be removed from our mailing list.  Our privacy policy protects any of your information from ever being shared with a third party.
