The system is not letting me submit payment via Paypal.
How can I pay?
If you are getting a message that states you cannot use an email address or credit card associated with a Paypal Account, please contact us with your order. We will email you a custom invoice via Google Check Out that you can pay with ease. This problem has come up for a couple of customers, so we are now able to use Google Personal Invoicing System to allow payment using any credit card. Which carrier will ship my items?
All shipping is done via USPS. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of when payment is received, with the exception of weekends. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive an automated receipt from Paypal with your transaction receipt number. Please note that First Class Mail does not provide tracking numbers.
All items shipped DOMESTICALLY will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 4-7 business days after your payment clears. All items shipped INTERNATIONALLY will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 14-21 business days. You can use any address, including a business address or PO Box.
If you place a large order containing 40 or more jars of product, please allow 7 days for processing before your order is shipped.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! Please be aware that items shipped internationally take from 10-20 business days to arrive. If you do not receive your items within this time frame, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
How do I know if my payment cleared?
When you complete your purchase, you will receive an automated email, providing you with a Transaction ID Receipt Number. This is the receipt for your purchase. Those who pay via e-check from their bank account will receive a notice stating that the e-check is being processed and should clear after 5-7 business days. We ship all items after payment has cleared. Those who pay directly through Paypal, or using a Debit or Credit Card DO NOT need to wait 5-7 days before their payment clears. Your payment processes immediately.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If any item does not meet your needs, please return the item(s) to us by placing them back in their original packaging and marking the envelope or box with "return to sender". If original packaging has been discarded, just contact us and we will give you further instructions.
**Please note, we do not accept returns for any Super-Sized 3 Ounce Sifter Jars, Mattify Tinted 30 gram Jars, Mattify Blush Jars, or Mattify Makeup Sets. If you are unsure about your purchase, please purchase a sample or a smaller size before buying these items. Under special circumstances, exchanges can be offered for these products.
Is my information secure when I purchase an item?
Yes. The portal through which you are purchasing is backed by 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for reliable transaction encryption and fraud prevention. In addition to powerful fraud protection, it also offers fast credit card transaction approval so you can make your purchase without worry or delay.
