Shipping & Purchasing FAQs
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. Although this page may answer many of your questions, please don't hesitate to contact us for a specific answer.
Which carrier will ship my items?
All shipping is done via USPS. Most orders are shipped day of or day after payment is received, with the exception of larger orders containing 25 or more jars. (Orders of 25+ please allow 7 days for processing, and 3 days for shipping.) All items shipped DOMESTICALLY will be sent via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days after your payment clears. All items shipped INTERNATIONALLY will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 10-20 business days. You can use any address, including a business address or PO Box.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world for the same cost as domestic shipping. Please be aware that items shipped internationally take from 10-20 business days to arrive. If you do not receive your items within this time frame, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
How do I know if my payment cleared?
When you complete your purchase, you will receive an automated email, providing you with a Transaction ID Number. This is the receipt for your purchase. Those who pay via e-check from their bank account will receive a notice stating that the e-check is being processed and should clear after 5-7 business days. We ship all items after payment has cleared. Those who pay directly through Paypal, or using a Debit or Credit Card DO NOT need to wait 5-7 days before their payment clears. Your payment processes immediately, and your items are shipped the first business day afterwards.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If any item does not meet your needs, please return the item(s) to us by placing them back in their original packaging and marking the envelope or box with "return to sender". If original packaging has been discarded, just contact us and we will give you further instructions.
Is my information secure when I purchase an item?
Yes. The portal through which you are purchasing is backed by 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for reliable transaction encryption and fraud prevention. In addition to powerful fraud protection, it also offers fast credit card transaction approval so you can make your purchase without worry or delay.
Do you sell or distribute my personal information?
Absolutely not! All of your information is secure and will only be used for correspondence regarding Mattify! Cosmetics. From time to time, you may receive an email from us regarding discounts or special offers on our cosmetics. If you would ever like to opt out of receiving these emails, just let us know and you will be removed from our mailing list. Our privacy policy protects any of your information from ever being shared with a third party.
